The process begins with active talent scouting in schools and communities. These individuals then undergo standardised assessments to build comprehensive athlete profiles
Selected athletes are placed in Sports Development Centres to hone their abilities. Here, they receive sport-specific coaching alongside focused physical conditioning and skill development.
Athletes progress by participating in district, state and national competitions. Through strategic academy linkages, they are guided toward higher-performance opportunities.
